Company History:
Goldfield Telecom was in established in 1993 with the focus on distributing secondary switching equipment. The customer base was primarily Independent Telephone companies located in the Midwest. As technologies started to change so did Goldfield Telecom’s business philosophy. Through the emergence of DSL, Goldfield Telecom began distributing new equipment with agreements with a handful of Vendors. By the way of the new equipment sales came more territory to cover, the Company started to grow and the markets started to expand.

Even with the economic slowdown in the technology field, Goldfield Telecom stepped forward by adding more Vendors to our portfolio, which generated our sales region to spread nationwide. Goldfield Telecom now has a great deal of Vendors we distribute equipment for and the Company is showing remarkable growth. With the wide variety of Vendors we now have, we are getting closer to providing an “end-to-end” solution with cutting-edge technologies for our customers. Our customer base now includes ILEC’s, CLEC’s, municipalities, colleges, and ISP’s and enterprise businesses. Not only is Goldfield Telecom a distributor of equipment, we also provide installation, tech support, customized outside plant enclosures and have both inside and outside Sales staff to meet our customer needs.
